Teaching
My teaching philosophy is rooted in fostering connections—between authors and schools of thought, scholarly traditions and methods of inquiry, and the diverse voices, knowledge, and experiences my students bring to the classroom. Drawing on my interdisciplinary training and multicultural academic background, I create spaces where critical dialogue is both the primary method and ultimate goal. By bridging abstract theories with lived realities and translating complex ideas into relevant political and practical insights, I empower students to critically examine the world around them and engage in the pursuit of a more just and equitable society.
I am committed to making academic knowledge accessible while maintaining intellectual rigor, inclusivity, and mentorship. My goal is to inspire students to forge meaningful paths beyond the classroom—whether in further studies, professional growth, or civic engagement.
